I'm looking for a good cheap airbrush and compressor. Nothing too fancy. Maybe a double action airbrush though. I mainly want it to make undercoating base colors and to block in colors on figures. I don't think I have the talent or patience for the more advanced stuff an airbrush can do. Does anybody have any recommendations on where to get a good cheap one? I the Harbor Freight one I see everybody talking about any good? I have a local Harbor Freight and could pick one up there cheap if they sell one that's decent.

I have the harbor freight one. I like it. Got the same one for my father and he likes it too. I dont use it much, but I have had the most success with it out of the 3 compressors I have owned.

Also Micheals and Hobby Lobby have airbrushes and 40% off coupons.
I have a Testors Aztek (not the car, the airbrush)dual action and have been happy with that for years. They do sell a line of very cheap single action airbrushes as well, pretty much a glorified spray can. I think tohose retail for as low as $20.
